Gebhard Müller ( November 27, 1958) was born in Stuttgart, Germany.

His father is owner of small repair shop.During his college time he took enginering classes and everyday help to his father in the repair shop, but he still follow his childhood dream to become a racer. He loves cars and everything, what related to them.

In 1979, after training accident, doctor banned all his racing trainings. Gebhard knew that his dream fall apart, but he decided to make his own things, which related to cars. He decided to produce auto parts.

During his travel to China on business purpose in 1989 he met Wang Qing Long(August 15, 1955) – automechanical engineer-his friend and later company co-founder.

Gebhardhas his passion to cars and autoparts and he jad faith in his friend's auto engineering prowess. He talked to Wang Qing Long about turning it into a business.

Too young and definitely too inexperienced to know what he couldn't achieve, and ruled by passion of ideas, he had no sense of why something is impossible. This made him willing to try things that wiser people would have said couldn't be done. He had a force of personality that could simply overrun objections, and his lack of real world experience kept him from knowing what pitfalls might lie ahead.

In 1992, Gebhard & Wang Qing Long open their first brake pads factory in Zheijiang province. In the beginning, they produce just several hundreds of brakes per day operated with 3 machines and 12 workers– exceed production in next 20 years till 250 000 set per month.

Two years later opening second production of steering parts and factory’s situation suddenly brightened, setting the stage for everything that lay head. During 10 years they open 8 production facility in China: shock-absorber, steering parts, clutch system, bearings, rubber parts and cv joints.

In march 19, 1995 Gebhard & Wang Qing Long decided to open company '' Acemark Enterprises Ltd.''.

Nowadays, Acemark Enterprises Ltd. group of company - operate in 2 main directions – production and distribution of automotive parts.
